ABOUT

          Alexis Paige Armes (b. 2003) is an emerging artist based in Northern Kentucky. Armes graduated from Northern Kentucky University with a Bachelor's of Fine Arts, focused in spatial arts, in 2025. Beginning as a primarily ceramic artist, she continued on to explore and test any and all medias, with mixed media now being a prominent aspect of her work. She often melds together photography with large-scale 3-dimensional mixed-media sculpture to explore feminist concerns and systematic challenges and morals. She often uses heavily researched historical references to discuss the long-standing impacts of female hyper-sexuality in the media, and how this affects the everyday woman. Her work has been exhibited with multiple galleries around Cincinnati, most primarily with Summer Fair in their 2025 Golden Ticket Exhibition and 2026 Emerging Artist Exhibition.
